Shipping & Handling
Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day via USPS (Friday orders will be processed on next Monday.). Notification of shipment will be sent to your registered email address when shipped. It usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your item. Mail transit time is best estimated but not guaranteed as transit time varies. Buyer is responsible for return shipment. Shipping & handling fee is not negotiable.
Returns
Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days after receiving. Please contact us for details before returning your package to avoid misunderstanding.
Warranty
Ezgopump warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 60 days. This warranty does not include damage caused by accidents, overheating or normal wear. If this product is defective in material and workmanship, return it to Ezgopump, 19934 Great Elms Dr., Cypress TX 77433 and a refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
